I believe yoga is for everybody, irrespective of your age, fitness level, diagnosis or experience. It is with great care and respect that I offer you a safe sequence to aid in a sustainable practice.
I offer online yoga classes and workshops for beginners to advanced students, one on one or in small groups. Mindfulness and breath work forms part of the practice to dip your toes into meditation.
